Dixie Dollars Novelty Money Bill # 174
Dixie is a region of the southern and eastern US, usually comprising the 11 Southern states that succeeded from the US to join the Confederacy during the US Civil War. The term Dixie was popularized in the famous minstrel song, "Dixie's Land," written by Daniel D. Emmett (1815 to 1904) in 1859, that contained the famous words, "In Dixie Land I'll make my stand..." The Front of the Bill pictures Jefferson Davis, the first and only president of the Confederate States of America, in front of the Confederate's "Southern Cross" flag, which had 13 stars (11 for the 11 states that succeeded from the US, plus Missouri and Kentucky, where efforts to succeed failed). The Back of the Bill pictures famous Confederate Civil War generals Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson. The Bill's denominations, 1861 and 1865, are the beginning and ending years of the US Civil War, also included in the Bill's serial number.

Samurai Novelty Money Bill # 179
Our $1,000,000 Samurai bill commemorates the Way of the Samurai. The samurai, or bushi, were members of the military class, the Japanese warriors. Samurai used a variety of weapons, including bows and arrows, spears, and guns. Their most famous weapon and their symbol was the sword. Samurai were supposed to lead their lives according to the ethical code of bushido ("the way of the warrior"). Strongly Confucian in nature, Bushido stressed concepts such as loyalty to one's master, self discipline and respectful, ethical behavior. After a defeat, some samurai chose to commit ritual suicide (seppuku) by cutting their abdomen rather than being captured or dying a dishonorable death. Get your Samurai bills today!

Troy Novelty Money Bill # 188
According to legend, The Trojan War was waged against the city of Troy in Asia Minor, by the armies of the Achaeans (Mycenaean Greeks), after Paris of Troy stole Helen from her husband Menelaus, who was the king of Sparta. The war is among the most important events in Greek mythology. It was narrated in many works of Greek literature, of which the two most famous are Homer's the Iliad and the Odyssey. The Iliad tells a part of the last year of the siege of Troy, while the Odyssey tells of the journey home of Odysseus, one of the Achaean leaders. Other parts of the story have been narrated in a cycle of epic poems, which has only survived in fragments. Episodes from the war provided material for Greek tragedy and other works of Greek literature. Get your The Trojan War bills today to commemorate this legendary battle in Troy!
